How smart are computers?

I heard that in 1997 computers were as smart as earthworms. So I wondered how are in 2007. Does anyone know? Please help!

Computers are not intelligent. They have no intelligence. Without There are some programs that simulate intelligence, known as AI or Artificial Intelligence. Computers do not really "thinking."
