New Toshiba laptop can barely hear when the maximum volume?

I just got a new laptop, a Toshiba. When I set the maximum volume is very low, can barely hear my music, and computer and the system volume is the volume at maximum. Is there anyway I can increase the volume?

there should be a third volume control: toshiba windows / Check the Realtek software implementation of a 3rd.
